Hot Sauce Breakfast Tacos
Share
It’s Taco Tuesday – breakfast edition! One of our favorite ways to eat Hot Green and Hot Garlic is on eggs. Throw in some peppers, onions, & mushrooms, put it all in a tortilla, drizzle (or douse depending on how spicy you are feeling) with your favorite Hot Sauce Nashville flavor and voila – BREAKFAST TACOS!
Makes: 4 tacos
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon oil
4-6 mushrooms, chopped small
1/2 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
3 eggs
4 corn tortillas
Hot Garlic Hot Sauce or Hot Green Hot Sauce (we had one of each!)
If desired, handful of shredded Mexican style or pepperjack cheese
Add in any of your favorite spices – we use:
Cumin
Cayenne
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Pepper
